Secure Packaging
Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed in plastic zip lock/pouches or butter paper and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery. The packaged products come in wooden box or plastic box.

Trusted Shipping
After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like Blue-dart, DTDC, E-com Express and other courier services to ensure we deliver you your jewellery securely on-time. International orders are shipped through the most trusted FedEx, DHL, UPS or Other

For any issues faced or assistance required with the delivery of your order, kindly contact our customer support.
Please note: If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and whatsapp, our help desk +91 82096 98521 or email us at sales@miarah.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.

Happy Unboxing
Once your order has been shipped we will e-mail you with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same.

It usually takes 1-5 days for the domestic orders to get delivered and 5-10 working days for international orders. The time and date of delivery might vary depending on the location.

Estimated delivery date will be provided but the date is not supposed to be considered final, that's just an approximate date of delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes & other unavoidable circumstances.

Standard Shipping Charges at Miarah

  • Minimum Shipping charge will be 50 INR (If the weight of the parcel Above 500gm shipping charges will be 120 INR per KG).
  • Free Shipping Order above 2000 INR for India
  • A shipping charge of INR 3000 to 5000 per KG is applicable for all international shipping.
  • Kindly note that Cash On Delivery (COD) Charge's extra as per depending on the location.

Important Note: For international orders, additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, specific to a country are to be borne by the customer.
